    米芝蓮書仔,是個在澳門搵食的好指南,它重在裝潢及服務態度,這是洋人對食肆的要求之一,但對於我們土生土長,習以為常的街坊文化的體會,例如阿婆腸粉的衛生狀況,茶餐廳阿姐的大聲粗魯,淥麵大叔的冷言冷語,以及斬料師傅的厚此薄彼,就只有在其中經歷的我們會有更深刻的認識了,認識到阿婆的刻苦,阿姐的細心,爽滑彈牙的撈麵和凌晨幾點、燒味哪部分最好。

    米芝蓮告訴了我們,豪華的裝潢加上優質的服務態度,這些除了能讓你感到享受之外,他們亦會如實地反映在帳單之上

    。但我們亦可告訴米芝蓮,令人食指大動的美味,也可以在裝修簡陋的地方中找尋,至於服務態度,在這些地方,是久經是日的熟客仔才可享有的尊貴禮遇,而且,不收加一。

    一點也不起眼,可以說是專程去找也未必能找到的店,若只看門面的話,可能會把它誤認為是一家老式髮型屋呢,作為食店,它的廚窗不是金魚缸那種大型落地玻璃,靜靜地潛伏在沙加都喇街。(找不到的話,試試沿著七號巴士路線找吧)

    地道越式小食館,越南春卷豬肉卷、生牛肉香茅雞扒椰汁雞、檬粉米粉三角粉等,樣樣正宗,味道出色,因此小店雖位置隱密兼門面簡陋,卻每日客似雲來,證明只要好食,就自會有人找上門來。

    室內環境一般,屬老式格局,而且燈光昏暗,食飯時間人多的時候,服務態度還會有所下降,也許,這個就是它未獲米芝蓮青睞的原因。若你是個好吃之徒,只對食物色香味深有興趣,而非堂皇裝潢以及服務員貌美如花的樣子,那麼,這裡保證不會令你失望。
